Thank you for shopping with HaloCore. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery from the date of dispatch:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–18 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to your location, customs processing, or carrier delays during busy periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 per order. Orders of $150 or more qualify for FREE shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. HaloCore is not responsible for any additional charges applied at delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect orders once they've been dispatched, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out and we'll help track it down right away.
